Temple Care: Honoring God with Your Health

Scripture: “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own.” – 1 Corinthians 6:19

  1. Eat & Hydrate With Purpose – Nourish your body as a holy vessel, choosing foods that sustain and strengthen.

  2. Move As Worship – Instead of seeing exercise as a chore, offer it as a joyful sacrifice to the Lord.

  3. Rest In Him – Prioritize rest and recovery, knowing even Jesus took time to be still (Mark 6:31).
