Scripture: “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” – 2 Timothy 1:7

  1. Speak Life Over Your Body – Replace negative self-talk with God’s truth (Psalm 139:14).

  2. Move with Intention – Use exercise as an act of worship and surrender, focusing on His strength, not yours.

  3. Step Out in Boldness – Try something new—a new workout, dance, or movement—as a step of faith.
