At Step In Praise, we believe fitness is more than physical—it's an opportunity to glorify God with our bodies as a living sacrifice. Our mission is to combine vibrant exercise with worship, creating an altar of praise where participants experience joy, freedom, and transformation.

We envision each session as a place where the Holy Spirit manifests—bringing supernatural joy, healing, peace, revelation, and all that God is. Through movement, song, and scripture, Step In Praise transforms fitness into a spiritual offering, drawing participants closer to the Heavenly Father.

MEET RASHAWN
FOUNDER OF STEP IN PRAISE
Rashawn Hallen has dedicated over 20 years to helping individuals achieve optimal health through fitness and movement. Trained in Ballet, Jazz, Pilates, and more, she began teaching dance as a teenager, fostering her passion for family-focused fitness. After a life-changing encounter with the Holy Spirit, Rashawn gave her life to Christ and redirected her work to glorify God. Witnessing the vanity in the fitness industry, she felt led to create STEP IN PRAISE—a Christ-centered program that strengthens body and soul while focusing on worship. Rashawn’s prayer is for each session to be an altar of praise, where participants deepen their faith and experience God’s presence. Today, she is humbled to offer this unique program that brings heaven’s praise to earth.
