Statutory rights and refunds and Cancellations

Class fees may be increased by STEP IN PRAISE at any time.

 

Classes and workshops are non-transferrable and must not be used by anyone other than the registered client. 

 

A full refund will be issued for bookings that are cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the class commencing. Please note, there are no refunds for classes cancelled after the 24 hour time cut off as we are not able to offer your slot to other participants nor make amendments with any venues hired for the class. In the event, that STEP IN PRAISE has to cancel a class for any unforeseen reason, all monies will be fully refunded to those booked onto the class.

Information displayed on the site as to pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. 

 

Security

STEP IN PRAISE takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, however we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online. By using the STEP IN PRAISE website you accept the inherent security implications of dealing online and will not hold STEP IN PRAISE responsible for any breach of security unless such breach has been caused by the negligence of STEP IN PRAISE.

We do not guarantee that any materials available downloading is free from infection, virus, trojan, and/or contaminate codes. You agree to use the enquiry and booking forms on our site to make only genuine enquiries and/or bookings for you or for other persons for whom you are authorised to act.

These prices include VAT.

 

Payment for all products and services must be made by credit or debit card through PayPal. You must provide current, complete and accurate payment information.
